6 chicken breasts - pounded
rosemary
balsamic vinegar
garlic
olive oil
black pepper and salt to taste
cheese ravioli
butter
balsamic vinegar
parsley
grated cheese
onions
shallots
sugar
olive oil
spinach-10 Oz.

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken breast for an hour in a dish with dash of rosemary, 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, and 2 diced garlic cloves. FRY chicken. Cook 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli's - drain. Saute in 1/2 stick butter, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. parsley, salt and pepper, 1/8 c grated cheese and set aside.
Next step
Saute onions and shallots, sprinkle a dash of sugar, olive oil, 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, bag of spinach, until spinach is finished.

Serve the chicken with the side of spinach on one side and the ravioli's on the other. This was a take on Rachel Ray's recipe (mom's favorite)
