1 Lrg Carton of Cottage Cheese
3 oz pkg. orange jello
8 oz carton cool whip
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
small can crushed pineapple


Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and cool whip together. Sprinkle dry jello in and mix well. Add mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple fold in.

Quick and simple and most everyone seems to like it. Sometimes I will use lime jello.
