Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. parsley, basil, cilantro, spinach, arugala, or sage or any mixture of them. It doesn't matter if leaves are loosely or tightly packed.
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tsp. lemon, squeezed
3 Tbs. pine nuts, or any other nuts
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, good quality
1 tsp. salt
1tsp. black pepper
1/2 c olive oil, good quality

Wash green leafy herbs thoroughly. Take each item and put it in a food processor or strong blender. Spin for 1-2 min. then taste. Add more olive oil, salt, pepper if needed. Serve with a lb. of pasta, or Melba rounds, or baguette. You can also use this for marinating chicken. Buon appetito.
