6 cloves garlic, minced or rasped
2 T. soy sauce
2T. ground fresh ginger
2T. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. lime juice
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
cayenne pepper to taste

Marinate pork several hours or overnight. Grill until desired doneness.
