6 quarts popped corn (no salt) 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup white corn syrup 1/2 cup melted butter 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 1 c. peanuts 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla. Pour over top of popcorn. Mix well. Bake in oven at 250º for 45 minutes. Take out every 15 minutes and stir. Put spoon in cup of water between each stirring.
