Peach and Blackberry Cobbler Recipe

For the fruit mixture:
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches in light syrup
1/2 pint fresh blackberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon

For the topping:
1 package Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits (8 biscuits)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix peaches, blackberries, vanilla, lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl. Divide amoung 8 ramekins or ovenproof dishes. Place 1 biscuit on top of each serving. Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over biscuits. Place dishes on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
