1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup thawed frozen whipped topping

Apples and/or pears for dipping

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

For strawberry, omit peanut butter and substitute strawberry yogurt for the vanilla yogurt.
