1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c butter
3 eggs
2 c mashed pumpkin or squash
1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 c evaporated milk (1 can)
Whipped Cream

Beat eggs, pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, spices and milk together. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Melt butter and drizzle over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Top with Whipped Cream.
