2 c ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp chili powder 1/2 c onions, minced salt, to taste pepper, to taste 1/2 c water 1/2 c brown sugar, optional 1/4 c red wine vinegar 1 tsp garlic, minced beef, deer, or elk roast
Mix ingredients and pour over roast. Cook in slow cooker all day and then shred.
