2 c chicken, cooked & cubed
1/4 c cilantro (optional)
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 small yellow squash or zucchini, chopped
1 can black beans, drained
leaf lettuce

Spicy Lime Dressing:

1/4 c lime juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 drops hot sauce

In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well blended. In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients except lettuce. Pour dressing over ingredients. Serve on lettuce.
