1 c flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves 1 c brown sugar 1 c oatmeal 1/3 c nuts, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c oil 1/3 c milk 1 c pumpkin
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Mix until just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 350º for 60 minutes Best if wrapped and stored in fridge for one day.
