1 -(12 oz) canOrange-pineapple frozen concentrate
1 - (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 C. Brown sugar
Add (approx. 1/2 tsp)-Ground ginger, pepper,Garlic powder
5 lbs. frozen chicken wings, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for marinade. Pour mix over chicken wings. Marinate 3-5 days in refrigerator. Place on jelly roll pan/sided cookie sheet. Bake at 375 about 30 min., turn an d bake about 30 minutes longer.

These chicken wings were a big hit at the luau mom threw for dad's 70th birthday. You can double recipe for more servings; they will disappear fast.
