1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. soft utter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 325. Mix egg, butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Fill each mini cup cake pan or mini tart pan one-half full with filling. Top with pecans. If desired, glaze with an egg wash before baking to make tarts shiny. Bake 25 minutes.
