Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp,. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Cake:
In a large bowl sift flour with sugar and cocoa. Set aside.
In a saucepan combine margarine, oil and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture.
Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk; combine with eggs and vanilla. Add to batter and mix well. Batter will be thin. Pour into an 11" x 16" pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Ice with sheet cake icing.

Icing:
In a medium saucepan combine butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Pour over chocolate cake while cake is still warm.
