1 Graham cracker pie crust (brush egg white on graham cracker crust and bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees)

Sauce:
1 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
Mix above ingredients and cook until thick. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and cool.

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 cups uncooked blueberries in pie shell. Pour cooked mixture over berries. Cover with whipped cream.
