1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 red apples, unpeeled
2 or 3 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 3/4 cup juice. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; add pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Remove from the heat; set aside until cool. In a bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, apples and bananas. Pour sauce over fruit; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
