1 or 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1/2 c. minute rice 1/2 green pepper small onion 1 small can tomato sauce salt to taste
Saute' green pepper & onion in oil. Add to ground meat. Salt. Add rice and enough sauce to mix well. Wilt cabbage leaves in boiling water. Take core out first. Pull leaves out. Spoon mixture in each leaf and fold over and secure with tooth pick. Bake 1-1 1/2 hrs. 350º.
