4-6 c favorite vegetables
blanched green beans
blanched sugar snap peas
blanched edamame
fresh peas
fresh red & yellow bell peppers
fresh tomatoes
grilled corn
2-3 tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette

Combine the vegetables and vinaigrette together & mix to evenly coat the mixture. Chill & serve. Note - Recipe from Relief Society Summer Salad Social July 2009
