3 broccoli crowns, tops only
½ bag matchstick carrots
1 c raisens/craisins
1 small red onion, chopped or 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
½ lb bacon, cooked & broken
½ c sunflower seeds (optional)
¾ c sliced almonds (optional)

1 c sugar
2 c mayo
1 tbsp brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients except almonds & bacon. Make dressing with sugar, mayo and brown mustard. It will be thick as frosting. Stir in dressing into salad. It won’t look like enough dressing, but keep stirring! Add bacon & almonds. Note - If you have left over salad, the dressing will go runny, but it is still OK.
