1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar or 1/2 c honey
1 egg
2 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and egg and mix well. Add vanilla and milk - mix in dry ingredients pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425 12 to 15 min.
