5 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c milk
2 tbs butter or margarine
1 to 1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c chopped green onion
1/8 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are very tender. Drain well. Place potatoes and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper; beat until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with onions and paprika.
