1 small onion / chopped
1 bell pepper chopped finely
1 stick margarine
3 cans cream style corn
salt and pepper
1 1/2 C minute rice (uncooked)
3 eggs
3 T sugar
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion and bell pepper in margarine. Mix all other ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Place onion and bell pepper mixture in 9 X 13 casserole dish top with corn mixture and bake for 35 to 40 min at 350 top with cheese just before cook time completed.
