1/3 Cup of Oil
1 Cup of Sliced Onions
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1 Cup Diced Celery
3 1/2 cups of Tomatoe Juice
1 Tsp of Salt
1/2 Tsp of Pepper
2 Tlbp. of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup of Uncooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil in Pan., add onion and cook until translucient, Add Meat and Brown, then add pepper, celery, Tomatoe Sauce and seasoning. Cover and cook until steaming. Sprinkle over uncooked rice. Do not stir after adding rice. Cover and turn onto low heat and cook for about 30-40 mins until rice is done.

You can used canned chopped tomatoes to make up the 3 1/2 cups of tomatoe juice (so 3 cups of tomatoe juice and one can of chopped tomatoes)
