Crust:
1 c flour
1 c nuts, finely chopped
1st layer:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c Cool Whip
2nd layer:
3 pkgs. Jello instant pudding (choc. or pistachio)
4 1/2 c skim milk3rd layer:
1 c Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & mix with flour & nuts. Pat into 9 x 13" pan and bake 20 minutes, until light brown.
Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and 1 c Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust, refrigerate until firm.
Mix pudding mix and milk, spread over first 2 layers and refrigerate until firm--1 hour.
Spread 1 c Cool Whip over top & sprinkle with chopped nuts.
