21/2 lbs shrimp
1/2 cup celery tops
1/4 cup peekling spice mix
1 tab salt
2 cups onions
8 bay leaves


In jar marinate:
1 cup oil
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 jar capers
21/2 tsp celery seeds
Few drops tabasco sauce or a few jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in boiling water, add celery tops, spices and salt. In bowl alternate cooked, cleaned shrimp, onions and bay leaves. Pour marinade over shrimp and chill 24 hours.
