Veggie / Preperation / Grill time
Asparagus / cut off woody ends / grill 6-8 mins
Bell peppers / cut into quarters / grill 6-8 mins

Corn on the cob / prep below / grill 20-22 mins
* prep: pull back stocks, remove silk and rinse with water, put husks back up

Onions / cut into 1/2 inch slices/ grill 6-8 mins

Russet potatoes / *prep below / grill 10-12 mins
* prep.. do not peel, cut into 1/2 inch

Tomatoes/ cut in half / grill 6-8 mins

Directions:
Turn vegetables frequently on the grill.

Combine 1/4 olive oil, 2T white wine (optional), 1 T dijon mustard, 1 t sugar, 1/8 t salt and pepper in a bowl
