1 tbsp olive, canola or soybean oil
1 medium onion, diced 1/2 cup
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 bag frozen peas
1/4 tsp coarse salt (kosher or sea)
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In 10 inch skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas. Cook 3 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Serve immediately.
