1 lb ground beef 1 pkg (5.8 oz.) gravy mix 1/4 c chopped onion 1/2 c drained mushrooms 3/4 c water 1/2 c sour cream
In frying pan, crumble ground beef and cook uncovered 5 minutes. Drain, stir in gravy mix, onion, mushrooms and water. Cook, uncovered 7 minutes. Stir in sour cream and let stand, covered about 1 minute. Serve over rice or noodles.
