2 c flour
2 c sugar
4 c chopped apples
1 c oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda, salt, cinnamon
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

My friend Crystal from college gave me this recipe. It is from her grandmother who was totally blind. She made this recipe up and won an award on it. Such a neat story. The recipe is wonderful. The cake is SO moist!
