1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Sprinkle pork with seasoned salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 18 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix orange marmalade and pepper flakes. Reserve half the mixture. Brush or spoon remaining mixture over pork.

Bake uncovered another 15 - 20 minutes or until pork has slight blush of pink to center and center thermometer reads 160.

Cut into 1/2 inch slices and serve with reserved marmalade mixture.
