"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Italian Meatloaf, by Tina Kahler, is from Our Family Cookbook,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
1. Mix all ingredients together 2. Grease 9x13 pan. Pat into a loaf, down the middle of the pan lengthwise. 3. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. 4. Meat will be greasy, I let sit with pan tipped to drain 5 minutes before removing from the baking pan.
