1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 (10 oz. ) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 (13 oz.) bag Doritos
1 (1.25 oz.) package taco seasoning mix
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Cook beef and onion, then drain and add soup and ro-tel tomatoes.
Grease 9x9 pan, layer bottom of pan with slightly crushed doritos, then a layer of meat mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30-40 minutes.
Top with sour cream, black olives, salsa, and chopped green onions

You can substitute the Ro-Tel tomatoes with salsa. I like to use a 9x13 pan so it doesn't bubble over if your pan is shallow.
Great with corn as a vegetable on the side.
