1 & 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. of refrigerator biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain off excess grease. Meanwhile, blend cream cheese and milk together. Stir in soup, catsup, and salt. Combine with meat and onion. Pour in 2 qt. casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 375 oven. Arrange biscuits on top and bake 15 minutes longer or till biscuits are brown.
