2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
2 T chili powder
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup grated cheese
6 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, and garlic together. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and tomato sauce. Layer tortillas and meat sauce in large flat dish. Top with grated cheese. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cups water. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins.
