1 can whole kernel yellow corn
1 can shoe peg corn
1 large cucumber diced
1 large tomato diced
1 medium sweet onion diced
mayonnaise to taste (approximately 3/4 c.)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in a bowl. Add mayonnaise to coat mixture, stir until coated evenly, salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
