1 cup chicken broth
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. oil
4 cups cut up veggies (use your favorites)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic minced
toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Stir broth, soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl till smooth. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables, ginger, and garlic stir-fry till tender crisp. Add broth mixture, cook and stir until boils and thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
