3 T. olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1T. onion, finely chopped
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. chopped fresh basil leaves
4 cups cooked egg noodles
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in oil till browned on both sides, remove from skillet. Cook onion for 2 minutes, add soup, water, tomatoes, vinegar and basil. Return chicken and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook till chicken is cooked through. Serve over noodles and top with cheese.
