2 lbs. pork sausage
1 12 cups all purpose baking mix
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients large mixing bowl; stir well. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes or till golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
