1 1/2 cups cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2-3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, corn, sour cream and oil. Stir into dry ingredient till moistened. Fold in 1 cup of cheese and peppers. Pour into greased baking pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
