5 c. water 1 c. small Tapioca pearls 1 c. sugar 1-12 oz. Cool Whip 4 Snicker candy bars
Bring 5 c. water to a boil. Add 1 c. tapioca pearls. Boil 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 c. sugar. Refrigerate for at least an hour. I refrigerate overnight. Add Cool Whip and chopped Snickers. (I place candy bars in freezer for awhile which makes them easier to chop.)
