1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and shortening. Slowly beat in brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add alternately with milk, beating after each addition. Fill paper cups half full. Combine all topping ingredients together, until crumbly. Sprinkle cupcakes with topping mixture. Bake at 375 in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
