16 oz. chicken breasts (uncooked weight)
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 fat free mayo
3 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 cups Stove Top© stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cube chicken. Cook, drain and cup up broccoli. Prepare stuffing per package directions (no butter).
Arrange broccoli in 19x13 pan. Layer chicken on top. Mix soup with mayo (do not add water) and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add stuffing. Bake at 300º for 40 minutes. Cover with foil for the last few minutes if it gets too brown.
