2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute OR 2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats or old-fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups Curves Whole Grain Crunch Cereal
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda until well mixed. Add cereal and chocolate chips. Stir. Drop mixture by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 14-17 minutes or until set.
