1 pkg. Bear Creek Vegetable Beef or Chicken Vegetable
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. frozen soup vegetables
1- 1 1/2 pounds cubed chicken or beef
Chicken broth (reduced salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 8 cups of liquid (broth and water) to a boil. Whisk in soup mix, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup. Add chicken or beef. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Personal Notes:
I found that if you use only broth, even reduced salt broth, it is too salty. Therefore I use 4 cups of broth with 4 cups of water.
