1 pound baby lima beans (dried ones)
1 t salt
1/4 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T dry mustard
1 T molasses
1 t salt
2 T water
1/2 pint reduced fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Lima beans overnight. In a large stockpot, combine drained Lima beans and cover with water. Cook with 1 t salt for 4 minutes or until tender. Rinse with hot water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, mustard, molasses and salt. Mix thoroughly. Put all ingredients together in a casserole dish; add 1/2 pint sour cream on top. Do not stir. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
