1 pound ground beef - extra lean
1/2 cup mint - finely chopped
1/2 cup parsely - finely chopped
1 small onion - finely chopped
2 eggs
Bread crumbs as needed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together well and form into patties.
Mixture should have the smell of the herbs. Add more if needed.

NB. If making meat balls, brown in skillet and place on paper towel to soak up oil. Cook in sauce.
