1lb. white mushrooms
1 lb.asparagus cleaned and cut into 1-1 1/2" pieces
1 8 oz. container mascarpone cheese at room temperature
1 lb. farfalle pasta or shape of your choice
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Steam asparagus until green and crunchy. Cook pasta and drain reserving 2 scoops of cooking water. Mix mascarpone into hot pasta and add mushrooms and asparagus. Use reserved cooking liquid if desired to thin sauce a bit.
