1 lb. course ground chili meat
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can stewed tomatoes
2-3 cans tomato sauce
1 T. chili powder
1 T. salt
chopped onion
cooked pinto beans (optional)
Rotel tomatoes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, chili meat and ground chuck in large pan - drain. Add chili powder, salt, stewed tomatoes, rotel, 2 cans tomato sauce and beans. Simmer 2 hours on top of stove - stirring occasionally - if too thick, add additional can of tomato sauce - taste - you may need to add additional chili powder.
