Pasta Salad Recipe

1 large package bow tie pasta
1 container cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1 medium cucumber, quartered
1 medium red onion, chopped
Mix all together

6 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. olive oil
2 tsp. oregano (optional)
1 1/2 c. feta cheese
1-2 small cans sliced black olives
Salt as needed

Cook pasta according to directions and drain well.
Allow pasta to cool and mix remaining ingredients with pasta.
Pour dressing mixture over pasta and allow to refrigerate over night before serving.
