1 lb. ground beef
1 can manwich sauce
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can chunk pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
cook beef and drain season to taste. chop onion and bell pepper add to meat simmer add can of manwich and drained pineapple chunks. simmer til bell pepper is tender. serve on hamburger buns with chips or tater tots.
